Will Alcohol Pulmonary Hypertension Worse Can CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) Be Scary At First?

Can CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) be scary at first? - will alcohol pulmonary hypertension worse

Rescitation I had in my mouth to mouth with a dummy before a utility that works, and absolutely hated to do it. There was something in his mouth with a plastic head 15 or so people were not (do not forget that alcohol ... but some people had colds, and hepatitis type EVN had spent ...). I'm on a course of a day or two fast-driving experience and I'm afraid. Luckily I have some anti-anxiety medications that you take a little, but I do not want to spend an incompetent idiot in front of my colleagues,

Can you give me some tips that go smoother?

Otherwise, you can for some reason I can not reach? I talked about my asthma.

I invite anti-anxiety medication, but you do not have the appearance stupid or misunderstood the teacher.

Is it difficult to learn CPR at all?

In a good kind of income they receive the skills on a mannequin with several other people on their own models such as the teacher and maybe somebody should the shares of a model with no one to ignore you.

In addition, correctly, the classes must provide each student a temporary use of breathing wiped off as an obstacle to good health, and models must also be among the students.

What are the difficulties? We teach kids all the time.

You can to the pharmacy to obtain a barrier device for use during CPR, which is safe for you, too. Every pharmacy should be able to view to buy in the right direction, where.

If and when the time comes, they really, do you just say, "OH SH * T" and do it!

CPR is not difficult to learn, if they so wish. You have mouthpieces that fit in your pocket. I would invest in one of them.
The ability to save a life with CPR, is honorable. I would not worry about that stupid in front of their colleagues to focus on learning the task.
