Antique Slipper Chairs Antique Chair- How Old And What Kind Is It?

Antique chair- how old and what kind is it? - antique slipper chairs

I bought this chair at a thrift store, the woman who donated already said when they entered a nursing home, all the information I have on him, her, she was in his family for some time.
He has no time or any place, I searched thoroughly.
It is extremely light for its size and wood is a type of plasticity. If you are the velvet to the original color was actually blue, but yellow-green fade.

Here is a picture of the chair:

Any idea when the chairs were manufactured and / or what are their names? The people said to store in the economy, be it a chair, "slipper" and said it has stopped production at the beginning of 1900, but seems rather vague for a Google search. Thank you!

his Victorian chair. I'm not sure when, but it was carved hand. I saw the recording of all sizes.
