SIDESTANDS is not exactly high tech, so this is probably a Chinese bike with a minimum of after-sales service, just go to a crane and taken to obtain rebates and other Scoot cut by up to 'lock it into place. Even a piece of rebar with a washer or a short length of pipe is welded to the end (the hinge is)!
