have a SD chip, but can not in these considerations, except the music folder, Verizon phones have many limitations, but what is the point of a camera phone when I can my picture out? All my research to attend anything, please help again soon!

Did you format the card before the phone? In this case, you should see all the folders on the phone when you put the card in your PC. At this point, simply drag and drop "in and out of folders on your PC. Make sure to correct the format for each type of media.
